"Purdy"
In April 2002, we picked up our chubby little bundle of joy from Bonnie Blink and Danny Baisey of QuietWood and she instantly became one of the family. From that point on, it has been with pride and joy that we have been able to watch her grow and become the beautiful girl she is today. Sadly most of her baby pictures were lost to a computer crash and the following are but a few that we have been able to search out.
FOUR WEEKS OLD
Purdy has been shown and has garnered a some points to her credit with placings for Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best of Opposite Sex and several class placements but, alas, she does not like the show scene or anything that goes with it, so we have told her she can stay at home from now on and just be a mommy, at which point she jumped for joy. At least we think that's what she did.
Ten Weeks
Purdy has tested Good on her hips (#MF-6721G30F-PI) and Normal on her elbows (#MF-EL3456F30-PI) with OFA and has been certified with CERF as Normal, although we must admit, the vet did say she has beautiful eyes. The only test still remaining is her cardiac which we hope to get very soon.
One Year
Purdy loves to play in the lake and chase the birds and boats that get too close to the shore. One of her favorite past-times is watching tv on the couch and she loves any kind of food, hotdogs ranking right up there at the top. She firmly believes that she is the only one who can guard the family the way it should be done and makes it a point to be the first to alert to company or anything else that she thinks is trespassing.
Two Years
We hope to welcome Purdy's first litter of puppies sometime in November of 2006 and expect it will be the first of many great things to come. We hope you have enjoyed Purdy's page.
